Add images to pages

I've added an image with a hard-coded URL in Define Pages Editor. After enabling SSL, I've realized this is not a good idea (errors asking . What's the best way to add an image to one of my pages?

The best way would be to save the image on your server.
Instead of:

<img src="http://www.somesite.com/whatever.jpg" />

Use:

<img src="images/whatever.jpg" />

When the page is viewed the browser will automatically make it http://www.yoursite.com/images/whatever.jpg or https://www.yoursite.com/images/whatever.jpg based on the request type (http or https).
