What are the template pieces called?

I'm thinking that if I knew what these things were called, I would have a little easier time trying to figure out how to fix them.

Our (wannabe) site is trueharttreasures.com.

Some examples....

*What is the grey stripe at the top of the page called? I would either like to remove that, or change the color.

*What is the white area on the right of my header? Is that just because my header isn't wide enough? Is there a way to widen it without distorting the images?

*What is the yellow stripe below the header called? I would like to change that color, and ideally, create tabs for those links.

*I am using the mostly grey template, though there no grey! I believe on that template the category/product/information/etc boxes were enclosed. Now they are not. How do I do that, and how do I change the color of the boxes and the box "headers"?

Before you proceed any further - You have either not activated your template or there is some other problem - What you are seeing is the Default template. That template should never be seen if you have a custom template installed.

Hmmmm. I went in and reset it like someone else told me to do and it brought me to this. Before I didn't even have the category boxes!

When I go there I see this:

It looks to me like you have not uploaded all of the template files to your site, the best bet is going to be to download the mostly grey theme again, unzip it and then upload it to your site,

looking at your page source it is loading the following css file - includes/templates/template_default/css/stylesheet.css

now i would have thought it should be loading includes/templates/mostlygrey/css/stylesheet.css

Lets get your theme up and running first and then i will be able to help you make some changes to the layout.
