Customer Comment in orders not working.. Help?

Hello

I've looked for an answer to this question but I can't seem to find anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My problem is when customers place an order with my site... Every order says that there are 'customer comments' yet I can't see any or even know how to read them.

Lucky for me I got in touch with these customers & no one sent any comments with their orders.. So why is this happening & how do I fix the problem of having a yellow button next to every order even though there are no comments.

I would login to your Database using phpAdmin and take a look in the Order Status History table and see what comments if any are showing up in there for each order ?

We are having the same problem here with our site.
Please if anyone has the answer - please share.
