Error when trying to login to admin

I received a payment module for the site I am setting up. It came as folder in an "admin" folder and an "includes" folder. I added these folder to the ones in my local copy of my site and then uploaded the "admin" folder and the "includes" folder. Now I am unable to log in to admin and I get a page with these error messages on it.

The Store pages still work for the most part there are some problems that have come up there also. The Send to friend page is blank.

I am thinking that the copy I had locally may have been one I downloaded just before I had ssl set up on the site. If that is the problem I have no idea how to fix this. I hope someone may be able to help on this. The site is hosted at bluehost. Thank you, John

I found using the error messages that several php files had somehow added extra lines at the end and was causing the problem. I still have a blank "tell a friend" page but I believe the info you gave me will help solve it.
