Updating Pricing

Hello

I'm seeing a lot of posts on pricing updates for fixed amounts, but I have to do a pricing update where most of the prices are changing by different increments and percentages. Is there an easy way to download my pricing as a database, or in a CSV file, so I can make the changes and then reupload them.
