Globally turning off inventory counts possible?

Hi,

Is there a switch in ZC which turns off and does not display inventory counts for all store products?

So that no inventory is shown for any product, and customers can buy as many of one item as they wish without ZC showing an out of stock warning of any kind?

Some of my products are showing a sold out icon and I just want to shut this feature off.

admin panel/ Catalog/ Product Types/ Click edit layout/ Show Quantity in stock

1. set from 1 to 0
   admin panel/ configuration/ stock/ check stock level

2. set to false

Thanks sorry Kim, I think I confused two separate issues that were solved by one setting. I'm a bit rusty in ZC getting back up to speed today.
