Setting up downloadable products

I've read the tutorials on setting up attributes and downloadable products. I've done everything and I get no error messages, but all of my downloadable items show the 'contact us' option. It will not show the option to add to cart. When I first installed Zen Cart it worked just fine. Is there a way to set everything back to a default staus without reinstalling everything?

In your admin - configuration - my store ~ what is the store status?

My store status is 2 - Showcase with prices

Thanks Tina,

As soon as I looked at the setting I figured it out. I changed my store status to 0-Normal store and everything worked perfect. They need to mention that in the tutorials. Thanks for your help
