Change wrong characters in Ultimate SEO ?

Hello the ZenCArt community,

I've just installed the very last ZenCart version and different Addons, such as Ultimate SEO.
I get bad caracters like "t**élé**phonie' in the URL

Does anybody know the exact syntax to change, for example "é" to "e"?
