Sorry, shipping not available message...?

I've set up three Shipping modules for:-

(1) Free Shipping - UK addresses
(2) Flat Rate - European Countries, except UK
(3) Per Item - Rest of the world.

Now if my pretend customer buys from Europe he gets a charge.
If he buys from rest of the world he's charged.
But if he buys from home it redlines the order with...

"Sorry, shipping is not available to your region at this time."

The only structural amendment I've made to any default countries and zones are:-

(a) creating three definition zones for the above three options.
(b) inserting the full module list of UK counties into the database.

Has anyone had similar issues with any of the above, conflicts between modules, anything?

Just tried one final idea before closing down -

uninstalled "Free Shippping"
installed "Free Shipping Options"

Problem solved, lesson learnt, and noted.

It was the end of a long day for me and I just couldn't think of anything else before posting the help, then took a break and tried one last thing... the rest is history.
