Static Image displayed on every page eg. COMODO SSL Image

Just wondering if anyone can assist me in guiding me to upload a static image that will flow through to every page on my zencart.
eg: http://www.trustlogo.com/ssl-certificate-support/index2.html

Thanks for your help in advance.
