fixed width site not working

Hi Everyone
I need help to find out some setting wrong on my site, I changed all stylesheet.css on my template for #mainWraper on width, It will no change on my site, I have stylesheet, stylesheet_new and original. The width of my site is always changing on different page, I would like 100% full screen, or even fixed width like 1024, maybe it is not stylesheet issue. Please help.

You have 1024px in one stylesheet, and 100% in another.

Zencart will load all stylesheets in the CSS directory. Best advice would be to choose one (stylesheet.css or stylesheet_new.css) and dump the other two.
