Options under options

Can we have multiple options drop down under one attribute? or something like below?

Ah,
Look at the top of this page and notice the tab called Turorial/Faq

search for Attributes
also override system

that was sacrastic comment. Cheetah (tiger) termed for a genious programmer.

Can you assist me in finding proper tutorial to create new table ?

Because I analysed the existing Zen-Cart database and realized that one attribute could be associated with many option-names, however, there is nothing like associating multiple options with multiple options. Any hint?
