Uploading PEM file?

I'm using Linkpoint and Zen Cart says to....

" Using your FTP program, upload this file to your webserver to: /includes/modules/payment/linkpoint_api/XXXXXX.pem (xxxxxx is your store id, provided by LinkPoint/YourPay )"

I go into my control panel...I go to includes>modules but for some reason the "payment" module isn't showing up. I'm using the latest version of zencart that I installed right from Fantastico.

You're probably looking under your admin folder when you shouldn't be.
