blank shipping estimator

I’m not quite sure what happened. I was creating override system for shipping module and then suddenly, my shipping estimator became blank. I mean totally blank, with only [close window].

Can someone take a look at it and advice what to do?

Before I go on, I’ve included an image at the end of this post for aid (I’m not really good at explanation).

Here’s the situation!!

I have several cloned shipping files. Following advice from this thread (http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=89702&highlight=flat+clone), I’ve cloned:

/includes/modules/shipping/flat.php
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/flat.php

to new files:

/includes/modules/shipping/A.php
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/A.php

Let’s say, I have A, B, C, D. E and F.php cloned files. Now I’m confused where those cloned files should be?

My understanding of override system is that those cloned files should be in #2 and #3 or #5 (is #5 even possible to have this?).

Now when I moved those cloned files to #2 and #3 combination or #2 and #5 combination, my shipping estimator went blank.

Right now, the cloned files are placed back at its original directories (#1 and #4) and the shipping estimator works flawlessly.

I think I’m still confused about override system. Can anyone help me figure this out??
