How can I add text above my product listing?

This is my current client's site: www.plustoofashion.com.

I would like to add text and html above the product lists (below the banner images at the top and above the "Displaying # of pages" links). How would I do this? What would I have to edit?

I want HTML between the "Accessories" header image and the "Displaying 1 to 9 (of 29 products)" text. What do I have to do?

You can add text (and HTML) in admin > Catalog > Categories/Products. Navigate to the page that shows the list of categories, and click the green "e" at the right. Add your text in the Categories Description box.
