Digital Delivery of Images

Hey,

I am having major trouble finding a solution to this issue: I sell something technically equivalent to phone card codes. I scan the cards and obtain the codes as individual image files. (In case you are wondering, the codes are not clear enough for OCR.) I am trying to automate the delivery of the code files. As you would imagine, it would be a single product, but would send (display) a different file (perhaps from the same directory) for each one of the quantity ordered. Does anyone know of an addon or system that could do this for me securely with simple Zen Cart integration? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nothing is built into Zen Cart at present for this and I have not seen an add-on off the top of my head ...

You could tie a products_id to another database that holds the products_id and filename and a field for valid or not and when the order is created, it could send the next available filename ...

You should be careful on how this is managed so that two orders cannot grab the same filename from the new database table ...
