I installed the gift wrap module and get a blank page now

I'm not sure if this is the place, but I've installed the giftwrap module to my zen cart template. I've added several before so I'm pretty sure it's installed right. I now get a blank page when I get to my checkout page. I cannot figure this out and am hoping someone has an idea! The website http://www.christmaseverymonth.com and you can go through add to cart, log in, and when you go to check out is where my blank page is ....main_page=checkout_shipping. Please help! I even tried uninstalling gift wrap and still get the same thing! I also turned off the ssl and get same thing.

Please help with any ideas

I also get this error as well:

PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';', expecting T_FUNCTION in /home/nhlvideo/public_html/christmaseverymonth/includes/classes/order.php on line 1062
