UPS Shipping to Canada

I am having trouble getting UPS quotes when the estimate is to ship to Canada. The return from the request comes back empty, and I cannot seem to figure out why. I have the UPS module set up to return canada standard rates as well as the world express, and my normal USA methods. I also looked at some other Zen Cart Stores that are posted on the showcase and noticed they are having the same problem with getting a shipping quote to Canada for UPS. Anyone have any ideas or information that might help?

This happens when ups requests a call for quote because of missing or misspelled information.

I haven't used it in a long while so things could have changed
