zone definition status not configured

Hi everyone.

This time I've looked through the Tutorials and FAQ, first before posting this help request; but I can't find my issue. It must be simple, but it evades me..:blink:

I have two zones defined in Admin-Zone Definitions - Taxes, Payment and Shipping. Florida and New York.
I went through the steps to setup NY, because that's the state my client's store is in.
For some reason, the "status" field is still red and means 'not configured'. I'm missing something and wondered if anyone would help me figure it out?
I'll delete Florida if that's the right thing to do; however, I've tried the steps recommended on Tutorials and FAQ, but it doesn't change from red to green...:huh::no::blink:

Oh..sorry. You're right, I should have elaborated for everyone else's sake..

The post I saw that answered my question should be at the bottom of this page under 'similar threads' entitled "Zone Definitions Not Configured" posted by dtakle. It was the basic answer to my question.

I'm planning on starting another thread; asking the question:
"How do I change the contents of the "Sponsor" sidebox that appears
on both left and right sideboxes?"

I'll post it and if you know the answer that'd be great!:smile:
