Must be easier way...

Hello,

Few questions.

One:

I am selling shoes, how can i get it so people can select their size?
How can i let people select which size from UK, US & European sizes?

When adding the shoes (hundreds) all i am doing is adding a picture, title and price. Every shoe is the same price.

Surely there must be a much easier way for me to say, add 300 URLs to each prouducts image, mass add the price and then ad the titles and therefore add products alot quicker?

Thanks, i seem to have kinda got to grips with it on my first test. Any how, look at pic one, thats how it looks now.
