How do I get the Coupon box to show up at check out?

I am very new to zen-cart & somewhat ignert. I cannot get the Coupon box to show up at check out. I checked the forum & the help files.

You must turn coupons on in admin->modules->order total.

I have done that. That's why I'm confused.

What happens if you switch to the Classic Template?

Does this now show up on the checkout_payment page for the Discount Coupon?

Do you see the Discount Coupon link in the More Information sidebox?

What happens if you switch to the Classic Template?

Does this now show up on the checkout_payment page for the Discount Coupon?

Do you see the Discount Coupon link in the More Information sidebox?

I just tried the classic template & nothing changed.
