newbie from Denmark

Hi..
im a totally computer idiot...
So i hope someone will help me..
i have downloadet the lastest ver. of ZenCart
and i use Filezilla to upload
and unzip to my local computer
I have read the tuturial
In Filezilla i make a folder Public_html and transfer all to this folder.. but nothing happens..

What wrong..?

Am assuming you have Windows XP on your home computer..
If so, you need to install php/apache and mysql...
i.e.
http://www.wampserver.com/en/
with
http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=586
