Not sure what you mean here, don't see any SPAM related topics here. I am trying to figure out, does the SPAM originate with my info@domian email account. Else, I don't think spamers are actually filling out my contact form??

what is I redirect the info@doamin to another email address? Don't most of the SPAM target the info address?

Unfortunately, yes, spammers are actually filling out your contact form, or they have indexed your form page and are submitting directly to the script that processes your form. Most of the time this is done by an automated bot, but some of the time it is a real person (usually in a third-world country, working for fractions of a cent) that is sitting at a computer, sending you spam through your own form. (Isn't that nice?) Changing or redirecting your email address will not make any difference for these form spam submissions.
You could try using a CAPTCHA mod on your form. (Just search the free contributions/add-ons list for options.) If you're not familiar with the term, CAPTCHA refers to the squiggly/distorted words or letters that your customers would have to identify before submitting the form. CAPTCHAs will stop some of the automated bots, but not all of them, and it will not stop the real live people.
You might also take a look at the Form Armor Module for Zen Cart, that will connect your Contact form and Tell-a-Friend form to the Form Armor anti-spam service. Form Armor is a paid monthly subscription, but a portion of your fee goes back to support the Zen Cart project each month. Form Armor also protects against automated bots and human-generated submissions.
