Categories changes, but not *that* one
Seen lots of advice on modifying the Categories menu, but they all relate to the category sidebar (which I've done). The one I want to change is the other categories menu, below the top banner in this pic: http://pichostonline.com/view/081125/48ca5759f8.jpg
And while I'm here, I dont think this is something the css file can help with, but does anyone know how I can remove that top bar with Home and Login on it, and put those links somewhere else?
