help with easy populate

Hi,

Can someone advise me if there is an idiots guide to setting up easy populate please!

I think that i've installed the folders correctly but still no joy! If anyone has any suggestions or can help I would be so grateful.

Compare and see that all the files got uploaded to the server, sometimes when you FTP some of the files are not transfered, then reread the readme and find out if there was anything else to do like a SQL script to run, and before you install any mod you should take a look to see if there are any files that are overwriting and you should use a compare program and you should merge the files not overwrite them.
