Your stylesheet is missing a few style ID's and/or Classes. These need to be added in - as we have suggested.

What we now need to do is establish what's been left out of the stylesheet, and put it in...

... we'll get there ... ( I have a reputation on this forum for either cocking it up badly, or getting it spectacularly right... I think I'm on course for the latter in your case!) :D

If you want ALL links in the sideboxes to have the same colour properties You could DISPENSE with my custom code above and have:

.sideBoxContent a {color:#0D61A2;}

.sideBoxContent a:hover {color:#ff0000;}

.sideBoxContent a:visited {color:#e6f1c5} (or whatever colours you want

"cocking it up badly".. hahaha, i think i have stolen your crown!

and your not having it back! hahaha..

the amount of stress that has been lifted .. i can go into work on monday and look my ##############.. i mean boss in the eye and say its done...

the tight git,, i told him.. im cisco.. not php... he should have hired someone in!

I tried your last post of

.sideBoxContent a {color:#0D61A2;}
.sideBoxContent a:hover {color:#ff0000;}
.sideBoxContent a:visited {color:#e6f1c5}

works outstanding!

What else do you suggest?.. anything missing from my CSS?

How can I thank you?

I'll admit, im dyslexic so I find coding hard.. its why I focused on networks at uni & not coding... but can you suggest any good learning resources for the future? Cos what u have shown me tonight goes beyond w3schools.. ( I tried that yesterday )

btw the names martin ... please to meet you

There is a considerable amount of work in getting a zencart shop UK-ready. You may find some of these tasks challenging. If your boss wants a webstore that's configured to suit the UK trading environment I'd be happy to assist. Send me a Private Message in this regard.

Here's a couple more changes you could apply.

Either find the EXISTING reference in the stylesheet for these changes, and ADD the new ones.

#navEZPagesTop {
	background-color: #CCCCCC;
text-align: center;
	}

#navEZPagesTop a {
color: #0D61A2;
}

#navEZPagesTop a:hover {
color: #FF0000;
}

Since it's only one day since the last post, I dont consider this bumping.

But I wanted to thank you. I was looking for this myself for a few days and it worked for me 2.

im a bit surprise there isnt a zencart tutorial on it... seems a canny common request...

what is that big official zen book like?.. i bought those mini zen cart manuals for £4...
(Basic Zen Cart™ Templates In Plain English book 1 & 2)

pretty crap really.. didnt go beyond changing images.. and very waffly... no more insight than the zencart online BoK/FAO area

The big official book is an excellent guide to installing and configuring Zencart - well worth purchasing. It doesn't, however have any info on templating or styling your store.
