500 Internal Error (new VPS on godaddy)

Hi,
I have moved my zen cart (1.3.8) from shared to VPS at godaddy. Configules.php is updated with new DB/Id etc at both places. Imported DB at mySQL. But now at getting

"Hello. Thank you for using mydomain ™. " and not letting my site boot. What to do?
I tried to run new intall "http://vpsIP/zc_install/index.php"
and this gives me " 500 server error". Tried multiple time but fails? What to do?
Tried running "info.php" which gives big stack trace with values of different compilers.

Could someone tell me wha I should do to fix this new VPS?
I can same time or IM whenever someone has idea?
