Ship From Different Zone

Right now I'm drop shipping from a single vendor. How can I change the UPS shipping module to reflect the fact that the inventory is coming from a different zone and that the shipping charges must be caluclated not on my HOME zone, but from TX?

Is this something that the 'drop_shipping_purchase order' module does, or is that just a reporting tool?

The shipping modules use the settings for the Country and Zip Code in the Configuration ... Shipping ...

Have you tried setting these to your Drop Shipper's address instead?

Yes, I finally figured that out. Duh.

Now, of course, I have the same problem that everyone else has... how to deal with multiple Mfr/Vendors that ship from different zones, yet show all items in the same catalog.

You would need a custom shipping module to and some customized coding to manage all of this ...
