Someone please help me... USPS

I am running a webstore that currently uses USPS. I have tried everything and there are a few issues that I can not resolve and both are hurting my business extremely. The first is that I can not offer first class shipping overseas. Even when I turn it on the module it doesn't seem to work. I also got this message today from a customer (Who lives in NYC, I havent had any issues in the states until this), which was odd because I haven't had any problems with any sort of regions etc :

Not Available At This Time

Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

without going through all the version, server, etc info questions that come to mind, how's about just removing and reinstalling the USPS shipping module? There have been recent changes to the connection.

login, go to modules > > Shipping.
Remove and reinstall USPS Module

I did as directed and that seemed to solve the problem. Thank you!

Now I am getting this from customers:
"Not Available At This Time
Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.

we just launched a huge new item today, and all these errors are hurting us. I have never even set zones for my stuff :censored:

If you entered a zone in the new USPS setup, it will only ship to that zone.

I have not, in fact I don't even know how to get into "zones" I just keep getting emails from customers not being able to order, just got one this morning from RI. We are based in CT of course we ship to RI! Thanks for helping me, any ideas?

The interesting part is that other orders from those states are coming in.
here is what customers are saying

Just made a bogus order from RI and it worked for me with Money Order.

Are these folks using PayPal?

Yes, they are using PayPal do I have to do something with my settings via their website?

Check inside the admin at Modules >> Shipping >> USPS and make sure you have no Zone listed in the Shipping Zone block

Which version of PayPal? PayPal Express is the recommended.

First file in the drop-down of Define Pages Editor in the Admin >> Tools is Checkout Success.
