Need space between sideboxes and main content

I have been working on a template and I can't seem to get a space between the sidebox columns and the main content.

As you can see here, https://www.troxlerwest.ca, the titles on the top most sideboxes run into the center titles.

Thanks for any help.

If you are talking about the navBreadCrumb running into the sidebox headings, the fix would be in the stylesheet around line 343 under the #navBreadCrumb, #navEZPagesTop call. Adjust the margin as needed.
