I have a customer who wants to update their mail prices. They have three categories;

ONE: Total order weight between 0-10LBS.
TWO: Total order weight between 10.1 - 25LBS.
THREE: Anything over 25LBS.

What they want to do is add a flat $2.00 charge to each of these categories. I am a newbie at this so I am not sure where to find this information.

I have to remotely access the database via MySQL Administrator and I do not have access to the Zen Cart Administrator page (at least I don't think I do, I'm not sure where it is.)

Can anyone help me with at least a point in the right direction?

Here is an update to my question:

I believe I am on track but I am hoping someone will verify for me. In the table 'configuration', I found the following row:

The column called configuration_value has the value of 10:11.00,15:15.00,25:20.00,35:27.00,46:34.00,60:40.00

If I read this correctly, for qty/price of 10, the shipping cost is 11.00 and so on. Is this really the location of where I change this information? I am surprise it is not in a separate table on its own but hey, I'll take it if I can get it. :clap:

I hope someone can verify this for me and [hopefully] give me a tip on the best way to update this entry.

You could use your Admin and go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and edit the Table Rate table shipping module ... :smile:

It is not my shop. I have a customer who has asked me to help with this problem. Their server is hosted remotely. How can I get to the admin panel remotely?

Usually the Admin is located at:

http://www.your_domain.com/admin
http://www.your_domain.com/your_directory/admin

If, however, they changed the name of the Admin directory of /admin to something else, you will need to know what that is ...

If you don't know, but have FTP access you can look at the directories and where you see the index.php there should be a directory in there with its own index.php and /includes ...
