Best Way to have prices MAKE OFFER

I want to show a certain grade price for all of my comics, but then add the scan so they can grade them themselves and make a offer for prices...like I do now selling on a forum. What would be the best way to accomplish this?
I also use this when selling certain items on eBay, like paperback romance novels... I list a price and checkmark the Make Offer, then I decide once an offer has been made if I will accept. I guess it all has to do with editing prices for a sale, is this possible to do?

Re: Best Way to have prices MAKE OFFER

Still looking for help with this issue ! Really need a "make offer" option for at least one of my sites. Is it possible?
Thanks

This would seem to do something like that, but I haven't used it:

Thanks, but unless I'm reading it wrong, I don't think it allows for Best offers. They can bid or use Buy It Now for a set price, but this would need a way to submit a offer price...I guess sorta backwards from a auction in the way that you start with a higher price and end lower because of grade/condition.
I could be looking at it the wrong way tho, if this would really do that, please let me know. It all gets so confusing at times .
Thanks!

Re: Best Way to have prices MAKE OFFER

You might use the Call for Prices option. You could give the high-grade price in the description and invite customers to call or Email with an offer. This would take a lot of your time, though.

Re: Best Way to have prices MAKE OFFER

Actually its what I'm doing now on another site, but want to work it the same way in my Comic store. One thing I'm concerned with tho is that all of the threads I read mention that Call for Price doesn't list the product info. So I could get a offer but not know what its for?
Someone else mentioned in a thread that has been unanswered, that maybe Ask A Question would work better because then the products info would all be included in the email. I will, of course, still have to manually edit the price once agreed on and answer emails, but its really quick and scanning is a much better option for us (and faster) then grading over 30,000 comics.
I figure I can edit the button to read Make Offer instead of Call For Price, BUT, it needs to include the comic's info so that I at least know what they interested in.:lookaroun
