Making "Main Column" Wider

Hey guys, some really useful info on here. I looked around and I couldn't find any info on what I am about to ask so please don't be upset if I skimmed over it. How do I make the "main column wider"

Also, is there anyway I can add the same description to all items with the click of a button? Thanks in advance guys!

There is no way we can tell for sure how to change some things on your site without a link to see it directly.

That said, a standard Zen Cart template setup will have in
/includes/templates/your_template/css/stylesheet.css a #mainWrapper {} rule. You can change the

width: 750px;

or whatever it says to

width: 100%;

or whatever percent you want.

The fix I mentioned will work on your site.

I am having the same problem, but I'm not using the clasic template. I looked in the style sheet and found

.main_w {width:900px; margin:auto;}

When I changed it, it just changed the width of everything while leaving the center the same width.

I have gone through all the css files, but have been unable to find what to change.

You have a Template Monster template, which means it's very difficult to figure out why things don't work the way they usually do. Search the Zen Pub forum for the huge Template Monster thread to see why we have a habit of saying that.
