Breadcrumbs for manufacturers pages

Is there a way to get the breadcrumbs to show up for the manufacturer pages?

I am using the manufacturer list sidebox mod, so it makes the manufacturers box look like most zen-cart categories box. But when you click on the manufacturers, the breadcrumbs don't appear (which actually pushes the #productGeneral .centerColumn upwards).

Are the breadcrumbs not set up to work with manufacturer pages? Any way to get them to work?

Re: Breadcrumbs for manufacturers pages

Interesting. I just checked some other zen cart sites and they seems to have this working on their manufacturers pages. I'm going to have a look in the code to see if there's something missing.

Re: Breadcrumbs for manufacturers pages

Fixed it.

I compared the code in my template/common/tpl_main_page.php with another site and it was like this for some reason:

<!-- bof breadcrumb --> <?php if (DEFINE_BREADCRUMB_STATUS == '1' && ($current_page!='index' || (int)$cPath>0 )) { ?> <div id="navBreadCrumb"><?php echo $breadcrumb->trail(BREAD_CRUMBS_SEPARATOR); ?></div> <?php } ?> <!-- eof breadcrumb -->

So I changed it to this:

<!-- bof breadcrumb --> <?php if (DEFINE_BREADCRUMB_STATUS == '1' || (DEFINE_BREADCRUMB_STATUS == '2' && !$this_is_home_page) ) { ?>
<div id="navBreadCrumb"><?php echo $breadcrumb->trail(BREAD_CRUMBS_SEPARATOR); ?></div>
<?php } ?> <!-- eof breadcrumb -->
