Did you enter ZeroZero 00 or did you enter the letters OO ...

For all other Zones, you want to use ZeroZero 00 ...

as its alpha for Country codes i assumed it was also alpha for all!

Silly silly you ... I thought 00 would make things really easy and never thought about someone misinterpreting my "easy" way to do things ... who knew? :smartalec:

Incidentally,
ZONES 1,2 & 3 are all calculating the same rates, same to Madagascar as it is to IE.

NOTE: your rates only go to 20lbs so 21lbs is Free ...

Also, don't end in the comma ... if you want everything above 20lbs to be a particular rate, use 1000:30 on the end, for example, for $30.00 ...

As our local shipper only handles a max of 20 Kgs. the remainder was left open intentionally until i strike a deal with another courier.

As long as giving your shipping for Free on orders > 20kgs until you find another courier then there isn't a problem ...
