Fckedit how to increase box height/width?

I have been trying to increase the description box width can't figure it out. The Fckedit height/width in the code i change don't seem to take effect?

i have fck editor installed on my test site but i have no used it .. nor seen the code ..
im using tinymce .. it allows you to resize the box but just dragging the corners.
