Tryingto change status: delivered, update etc.....

Hello all,

I was using the "developers tool kit" trying to find what program contains the STATUS: I want to be able to change say "Delivered" to Shipped" but I am not finding where that is located at! Anyone have an answer?

Admin->Localization->Order Status->Edit
