Change 'Order Confirmation No: 1'

Can I change this No:1 so that the order numbers start at, say, 2000?

Order Confirmation No: 2001

Thank you, but can you show me which one in the Store Manager to change? None of the changes I've been making have any effect

BACK-UP everything then go to Admin - Tools - Store Manager
The look for the seventh option down:
Reset Current Order ID
