Have not configure.php file

i download file zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007.zip from http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=redirect&action=banner&goto=12

After uninstall, i have not configure.php file
When i setup it, it said "ATTENTION: Problems Found":

* /admin/includes/configure.php does not exist more info...
* /includes/configure.php file does not exist more info...

where do i can find configure.php file :clap:

Before you start installation, rename includes/dist-configure.php and admin/includes/dist-configure.php both to configure.php and change their permissions to 777.

Who is Users will set Permissions ? 777 same full control ?

i user hbcvn (Our Account) with ReadWriteExe Permissions. Is It Ok ?
