Strange thing, if i have 1 product in a category i get a blank page when clicking on the category name.
But if i add another product into that category i dont get a blank page and all seems fine.
Any ideas?

The different behaviours are because with just one product your site is trying to jump to the product_info page, which appears to be where the problem is. However, add another product and it goes to a product listing page instead, which seems fine.
The debug utility to which fairestcape has drawn your attention will help you to track down the problem.
