PayPal set up question

I'm having a bit of a problem with PayPal. I've been reading the Wiki here... http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/PayPal and have gotten as far as step 12.

Where do I find my return URL in the Zencart admin end?
The issue i am having is that I get a notice from Zencart that the order has been made, but no money changes hands, and nothing reaches my PayPal account.

... then it's not using PayPal to complete the order.

What other payment modules do you have enabled in Admin->Modules->Payment? Click "Remove" on anything you're not using, such as the "Credit Card" or "Money Order" modules.
