Help, my banners will not center right.

Ok, I have everything displaying that way I want it, but my wide banners on very tippy top of my site are not moving?? They are centering at 100% site, and I have changed that now to 70%. How can I get my banners-all to center to a 70% wide site?

My site:

Thank you
