Upload PDF documents to product description?

Is there a module out there that will let me upload PDF documents for each product?

Not exactly sure what you're looking to do.

You can certainly link to a PDF file in the product description.

In your product entry screen there is a field called Product URL:

Upload your pdfs via ftp and put the path in the product entry screen field and they will appear as a link on your product pages.
