(AustPost - improved) ~ icon Not Showing is Admin + How to Remove Certain Text...

Hi all,

I have a slight problem, pls look at the images below for better understanding of my questions.

* 1st is in the Admin/Orders page. On the right side under the search box where you see the edit - delete - invoice...
An icon under that does not show!! I looked in all the folders of the AustPost module and cannot see the code that suppose to show it!
When I right click it and go to properties...this is the location it is giving me.. (../admin/includes/templates/templa%3C/td%3E%20%20%3C/tr%3E%20%20%3Ctr%3E%20%20%20%20%3Ctd%20align= very bizzare.

* 2nd is in the same section and the actual orders page section, there is a bracket ( which I cannot figure out how to take out and where it is located?

I am using Zen Cart 1.3.7.

If someone could help out I would be much appreciated.
