Order sub-total discount?

Hi,

I was wondering how is it possible to apply a global discount eg. 10% off if the sub-total is above 200EUR.. Do you know any contrib or mod? I can't find it anywhere.. I would use it right after the sub-total and before the shipping calc.

Quantity Discounts version 1.10 allows you to discount by dollars spent. It's in the downloads area.
