Changing Payment Options ORder

I was wondering if anyone knew howto change the order of the payment options on CHeckout step 2 of 3.

For exmaple I have:

Check / Money Order

Paypal

I want

Paypal

Check / Money Order

Have you tried changing the sort order in admin>modules>payment?
