UK Zencart

Is there a list of changes needing to be made in order for Zencart to be setup for the UK?

I am aware of the UK Termplate but it seems to be out of date.

A list of required changes or step by step series of instructions would be useful along with a list of UK specific modules/plugins.

I contacted Kev Polley (UK Template author) about a year ago to ask him if the template was 1.3.8a compatible and he replied that he had not yet gotten round to upgrading it.

I then took my existing copy and ran it through winmerge to compare it with corresponding files in 1.3.8 and there were not a lot of changes to make. I also looked at the dbase schemas and changes and (if I recall correctly) no alterations to kev's SQL were required.

Get Winmerge and do the same as I did - process takes about 40 minutes.

Thanks for that information. I will do as you suggest and try to log any changes in a text file then report them back in this thread. Hopefully it will help someone in future :)

I thought about doing that too... but as it's not my module I believed it would be good protocol to leave it to Kev...
