No e-mails delivered

Hi all!

Running ZC1.3.6.
Like a bolt from a clear sky we started having serious issues with e-mails last week.
No e-mails are delivered from the shop, neither admin nor customer e-mails.
There has been no configuration changes over the past year.

I've installed ZC1.3.8 in a sub directory with another database and configured the e-mail settings exactly like my live shop (smtpauth) and it works fine!

Could this be due to some kind of DB corruption? :cry:

Anytime something that was working "SUDDENLY" stops working ... and you didn't make any changes ... it almost always points to something changed on the server by the server administrator at the hosting company.

I've been in contact with the hosting company who looked into it. They haven't changed anything, and everything is working as it should from their point of view.

Maybe you didn't read my statement that ZC1.3.8 with the same settings do deliver e-mails?

Are you on a microsoft server?

No, running on Linux.
