captcha image not displaying
I've installed the captcha-number-subject-combo-in-one-1.0 and it seems to be all working. The only problem is the image doesn't display. I only get the alt text "Enable this picture"
The are no instructions as to where the 3 files captcha_test, captcha_img and captcha_debug should be placed. I've placed them in the root directory. If I run the debug URL i get an image but the test file doesn't work.
I'm running 1.3.7 and have merged all the files, I've double checked all the files and all are in place.
