Newsletter Missing Lock/Unlock and Problem with Product Notifications
Hi guys,
I'm running Zen Cart v1.3.8a and I'm having two small problems with the newsletter function and product notifications. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

In the newsletter/product notifications screen, I've created a newsletter but the status is Blank and there is no button to lock or unlock the newsletter. However I can still send out the newsletter no problem so it is not a big problem.

Once I've created a product notifications email, it does not let me select who to send it to and it ends up just sending it to the admin email.
After clicking the send button, it allows me to choose which products to add to the product notifications email but after that it goes directly to the sending email screen and sends it to the admin email address only.
